Data Storage Policy

We store your account data on encrypted servers. Personal details such as your name, email, and payment method — including DANA or OVO records — are retained only for the period required by applicable financial regulations.

We use session cookies for login security and analytics cookies to improve page performance. You can review and withdraw cookie consent at any time via the Cookie Settings panel inside your account preferences page.

Account Security Protocol

Two-step verification is available for all accounts. We recommend enabling it via Settings > Security. Any suspicious login from an unrecognised device triggers an automatic email alert to your registered address within minutes.

Data Retention Schedule

Transaction records — including GoPay and QRIS deposits — are retained for up to 5 years as required by financial compliance standards. After this period, records are permanently deleted from our active database.

To request a copy of your stored data or ask us to delete your account history, use the Data Request form in Settings > Legal, or email our legal team directly. We confirm receipt within 24 hours and fulfil requests within 14 days.

Policy Update Notifications

When we update our legal terms or privacy policy, we notify you via your registered email address at least 7 days before the new version takes effect. You can review version history inside the Legal tab of your account.
